Lead time required highly depends on the product ordered and the availability of your selected Fabric. As a general guide, you can expect to receive your curtains/blinds within 2~3weeks from order confirmation. However, slight delays may occur if it’s a large order and/or the product fabric is on back order. Do also factor in additional lead time during peak seasons such as Christmas, Pre Lunar New Year and Pre-Ghost Festival. While our team works hard to ensure that there are no delays, hiccups do occasionally happen and would not be considered grounds to refund order.
